Returns Policy

UK Returns are FREE and we offer a 100 Day Returns guarantee - not happy? changed your mind? No worries! You can return any item up to 100 days after delivery as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Just send us a message via email at hello@thepenguinpatrol.co.uk or drop us message us on our social channels, and we can email you with a free postage label.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment, which should clear within 3-5 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that hasn't been reported as faulty and has not arrived back to us in its original condition, for example it is damaged or missing parts.
- Any item that is returned over the returns policy

But we will contact you first if any of these apply
