FAQ - Where is my order? 

Royal Mail are experiencing delays across the network due to strike action on the 30th November and 1, 9, 11, 14 and 15 December. This means many parcels are taking 2 weeks or even longer to arrive. Tracking numbers have been added to our dispatch emails, however we only get an update once delivery has been attempted - please give your order extra time before getting in touch. 

If it's been around 10 days since your dispatch email, you might have luck by filling in the Royal Mail 'Redeliver a parcel' form.

  1. Select No for the first two options
  2. Add 4/5 days onto your dispatch email date as the date of attempted delivery
  3. Fill in your name and delivery address details.
  4. Select a date for them to attempt (again, this is restricted due to strike action) 
  5. Enter email address & click 'Book'

This is useful if your parcel is sitting in the sorting office, especially if they have attempted delivery, just forgot to put a notice through the door.
